Classes run weekly. Athletes are placed in the appropriate group based on experience and development.

Free Trial Class

New to our program? Try a class on us. This free triak gives youth the opportunity to experience our coaching style, training environment, and program structure before committing.

One-time offer for new members only.

Monthly Membership

Our best option for consistency and long-term progress. Youth can attend unlimited classes throughout the month while building skill, conditioning, and confidence through regular training.

Valid for 1 month. No long-term commitment required. Non-refundable.

Family Training Plan 

A discounted monthly membership for two members from the same household, training. Designed to support families training together while building skills, confidence and consistency.

Families with more than two members can contact us to learn about custom package options.

10 Class Pass

Perfect for flexible schedules or youth easing into training. This pass allows youth to attend 10 classes at their own pace while still receiving quality coaching and structured training.
