This 50-minute workout is beginner friendly and designed to help you move, sweat and build confidence in a supportive environment. No experience is needed.
After the workout, stay and connect over coffee and light snacks as we celebrate strong women together.

This four-week women’s only program is designed to help you build confidence, learn proper boxing fundamentals, improve fitness, and develop practical self-defence skills in a safe and supportive environment. No experience needed.
